How U Bean? Coffee Shop is located in The Red Wagon in Encampment.  We proudly serve Mystic Monk roasted coffees and hand blended teas.  We artfully create each cup of coffee by using pour-over brewing so each cup of coffee is freshly brewed to order. How U Bean? Coffee Shop provides customers with a place to come sit and relax, take a break and enjoy handcrafted coffees, teas, and baked goods.   

During restaurant week, we will showcase our new line of baked goods—handmade pies and cakes.  We also offer handmade muffins and cookies.  Stop by and enjoy pie or cake with a small coffee for just $5.
