Saratoga Hot Springs Resort is Wyoming’s only Micro-brewery with Mineral Hot Springs and an extensive menu of specialty pub-style items to be enjoyed with one of our craft brews. Don’t forget to come enjoy our Biergarten which adjoins the Snowy Mountain Pub for an outdoor experience during the spring, summer, and fall months.

Hot Springs Pulled Pork Sandwich -  $12

In house smoked Pork Butts slow cooked to perfection & pulled. Topped with Chef’s Zesty BBQ Sauce, Honey Slaw, & Crispy Fried Onion Straw, placed on a toasted Bun & served with Snowy Brew Baked Beans

Resort Ribeye Steak - $28

16oz. Closely Trimmed Angus Ribeye charbroiled to temp & laid on a bed of Caramelized Mushrooms & Roasted Pearl Tomatoes. Enhanced with a White Buffalo Beer Butter & cheddar whipped smashed potatoes & steamed Broccoli
